My ipod wont turn on when i plug it into my pc it only does when i put it onto a docking station but only shows a white screen saying www.apple.com/support i called apple and they said repair was 89.99 i can afford tht anyone know how to fix it??? also when its on the docking station it gets really hot.
I was wondering what sort of accessories she will need to operate it? I know Itunes is still working to become available in Russia but I was going to download songs,pics & some applications to send to her. Will she need special adapters if I’m shipping from Canada. I know they have different plugs? I was wondering if someone could help me with this.

I am new to this technology and wanting to get one. I have a girlfriend that just got one and LOVES it. Where can I go to find more information on them. What is also the best place to buy them – I live in Canada so American stores won’t help me. Is their any additional accessories that are a necessity with an IPOD? What web sites can you get music from?

Would the magnets in the Ipod headphones be able to ruin the screen on an Ipod Nano?
My iPhone 3G 16GB is acting strange. I opened iPod, and now I can’t close it. I can’t get back to the home screen, but I can put it to sleep and wake it up perfectly. I had put the iPhone in charge when I opened iPod, but now even after taking off the charge, It keeps displaying the battery status on the main screen.
So what do I do? Do I continue charging, or do I wait till the charge is fully discharged? Or Is there an another way? Is this some kind of serious problem?
Yes, I’m on 2.1 firmware and I forgot to tell you, I can’t turn it off. I have som costly apps in my iPhone so I can’t reset it and lose all of it. So tell me some way…

Anyways, the new ones, the ones that can hold video. can you put movies on it? Like you stick in a dvd and load it onto itunes and it puts it on your ipod? or do you have to download them off itunes?
Also, the ipods that hold pictures. what would be the purpose of holding pictures??
