I recently purchased an iPod nano from Bestbuy Canada. I got the 3 year PSP plan as well. About 4 months after the purchase date my iPod encountered a problem. So I went back to Bestbuy, where I purchased it from, and went to customer service and said that they are not able to repair the iPod because it is under the manufacturers warranty for one year, and then the Bestbuy PSP warrenty comes into effect. I was not told this when I purchased the iPod. The problem I had with my iPod was it froze, battery doesn’t last long as it should, and it doesn’t sync with iTunes when I upgraded to vista. I did the restore program and I even updated it, and yet the same problem occured. Should I return it and ask for a store credit? Thank you
