I have a second generation ipod nano and the center button doesnt work. I also have a two year warrnaty which is still valid. So if i go to the apple store or send my ipod off to get exchanged or repaired will i have to pay?? and if it if replaced, will I getthe third generation nano?

I washed my iPod in the washer, and just this morning I found it. How am I going to fix this? I haven’t even had this iPod for a year and it’s broken. It won’t come on and whenever I plug it up to charge nothing happens. How do I fix this? Please give me an effective method.
ok, i just bought an ipod touch and got a comprehensive 3 year warranty (accidental damage and such) from best buy. i would assume that jailbreaking it would mean that warranty would be void, however someone told me that i could just restore the ipod if i ever had to take it in for repair…but im just not sure.. is jailbreaking it legal? so many people do it, but i want to be safe. i definitely want to keep my warranty but i’ve seen jailbroken ipods and theres so much more to offer! what should i do? thanks

I have my iPod video 30 (5G) for almost 1-year and a half. I Put my iPod into my pocket everyday when I go to School but one time, I got an accident in my school bus because i was standing while moving and when i arived home, i was shock when i was able to check my iPod. it has crack inside the sreen and I can’t watch videos and read songs clearly cause it has bluewish black marks. and also, the metal back cover of my iPod is slightly pushed inside (dent). and my problem is my father bought the iPod in the USA and I Live here in the Philippines. I dont want my father to bring it again to USA and i just want it to be fixed here. where can I find the best place to repair my iPod? is there any shop/store or Apple Center that fixes or repairs iPod here in the Philippines? can you help me please…

Most people’s iPod’s heaphones break easily, and me and my sister’s broke in less then a year we got them, so I wanted to buy a new iPod headphones for my sister’s graduation present, and myself. I looked online at Apple’s website, and I found out that the ratings are mostly 3 star out of 5. I’m not sure, cuz some people say it’s really good, and some people say it break really easily too. So I’m wondering which headphones I should buy. I also are interested in Sony’s headphones, but still not sure. Please help me.

So, I accidentally put my iPod Classic (80 gb) into the washing machine and I let it dry for a week. After that week, I plugged in my iPod and the iPod itself works fine, but the backlight won’t turn on. I’ve had this iPod since 10/31/08, which means that it’s still “covered” under the default 1-year Apple warranty. I was thinking I could send it back to Apple for repair.
Anyone have any advice as to how to proceed, or any other suggestions?

Hey thinking about buying one. Any good? Does it tae good videos? How are the movies (that you can put on it) and pictures? Is it worth it? Should I buy it for my 16 year old friend’s daughter? (She loves computers and cameras and she wants an ipod….so this is the next best thing.)
I’m trying to sell my 2 year old Ipod on ebay. It’s a second edition, 30GB, black Ipod. The screen has some damamge to it that is easy to repair. The case is a little loose and a little scratched, which is also easy to repair..How much should I seel it for? It was a Christmas present. It was originally $400. It works great. It has so much space and the music and videos are great. I’ll sell it with two ipod cords and a wall plug and a pair of headphones… HELP!
When I sell it, it will be empty…No music or videos on it..DUH!
I’m selling it because I got a new, nicer MP3 player
